So I live in a one story house with my family. My room faces the front of the house and is right next to the front door. Around 4am this morning, I suddenly wake up because I hear a guy saying something fairly loud. At this point I think I'm just hearing things. I get out of bed and look out my window in the dark...I see nothing straight ahead, but when I look next two the front door, there are two shadowy figures that I'm pretty sure were messing with the lock. Why else would they be standing there?

Omg. I freaked out. My heart was pounding so bad. It was just like..why are they trying to break in when they clearly see that everyone is home? Ugh. So I just turn on all the nights..first my room so that they can see someone is awake. Everyone else is sleeping. My parents, my sister.

After a little while, I call the police just in case they've decided to stick around...
Took them half an hour to get here. Ridiculous!

I'm so scared now! They'll probably come back...holy crap.
I don't know if they were trying to steal something..or hurt us!
